The basic idea is to control the board long enough to drop Vraska and build up to her ultimate. The card's included are broken down below.

Control

Murder - Pretty simple, kill things

Abrupt Decay - Knock off threatening creatures and artifacts in the early game.

Vraska the Unseen - Her +1 punishes creatures trying to keep me from reaching ultimate and her -3 can destroy worrisome permanents.

Dig

Grisly Salvage - Ramp and snappies are really important in this deck, and this card lets me find both.

Forbidden Alchemy - Great card. Allows me to find Vysara, control spells or ramp.

Ramp

Farseek - Need the black and blue mana for Vraska, Snappy, etc.

Chromatic Lantern - See above

Wincons

Artful Dodge + Vraska the Unseen's Ultimate - If you can't block the assassin, it's game over.

Jace, Memory Adept - Provides card advantage or mill depending on the game state.

Utility

Snapcaster Mage - This guy makes this deck go. The ability to pull ramp, control or dig from the yard is absolutely crucial to this deck.
