Cyclonic Rift and Call to Mind could benefit from being there. And you have a bajillion Wizards, but where's Azami, Lady of Scrolls ? I don't really have any criticisms, though. With Talrand as commander, you should be trying to cast as many instants and sorceries as possible. Gitaxian Probe would also work really well with Talrand.

wallacethepig It's funny, I actually added in Azami last night before I saw your comment! I have also added some other things that are beneficial. However, I did not know that Gitaxian Probe was legal in Commander. I did get my hands on a Cyclonic Rift and a Call to Mind. Can't wait to add them in! Thank you for the feedback!

you have way way to few ways to trigger Talrand if you want to use him as your general. You should cut down on your creatures and add more instants and sorceries.

PlattBonnay What would be some good sorceries and instants? Instants especially, so I can abuse Kaho's ability.

Anything that cantrips or digs. Brainstorm, Preordain, Ponder, Visions of Beyond, Quicken, Time Spiral, Time Reversal, etc etc

PlattBonnay I had Brainstorm and Preordain. However, I added Ponder and Visions of Beyond, but not the last three. I feel that I have enough can trips already. Through intensive playtesting, by the end of each game I have no more than at least 27 cards in my library. I draw cards a lot, and I have even found some fun combos, like when I get down to one or two cards, and having that one card be Beacon of Tomorrows. So much fun! XD
