This is a well-tuned Lord Windgrace deck. It's basically every real estate agent's wet dream (which is probably the best possible nickname for the deck).

The primary win condition of the deck is the famed Dark Depths + Thespian's Stage combo. No, Vampire Hexmage isn't in the deck because creatures are far more vulnerable than lands. If you're extremely lucky, you can summon the famed tentacle monster on turn 4.

The second win con is using Scapeshift alongside Prismatic Omen and/or Dryad of the Ilysian Grove and/or Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth to trigger the abilities of Dread Presence and/or Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle. If done right, you can deal no less than 30 damage to either one player or to the whole table. To add even more to this, Ancient Greenwarden makes these trigger twice.

A cute interaction along this vein is Ghost Town with Burgeoning. Any time your opponents play a land, you can play said land and trigger any and all landfall abilities.

The third win con is getting the deck's lieutenants onto the field - Titania, Protector of Argoth, The Gitrog Monster (and/or his Thunder Junction variant), Soul of Windgrace (a bit on-the-nose considering who the commander is), and Korvold, Fae-Cursed King. From drawing cards to generating massive tokens, these four will help close out games in a hurry.

Oh, Kozilek, Butcher of Truth is just there to reload your graveyard into your library.
