After messing around with several Orzhov commanders for this Legends deck, I've finally settled on Teysa, Envoy of Ghosts . She's versatile and practically dares your opponents to attack you. Teysa Karlov has been added for the doubling of tokens, as well as giving them vigilance and lifelink. She also works well with Kokusho, the Evening Star , triggering his ability twice, draining your opponents for ten instead of five. Liliana, Death's Majesty also makes tokens (Teysa won't double them since it's not a death trigger), but Teysa Karlov is that one card in the deck that can possibly be replaced with something better like Sorin Markov if need be.
