Main function of the deck is to hold out until your planeswalkers flod the board and win you the game.

The deck gives you tons of information about whats in your deck. 4x Courser of Kruphix, 12x scry-lands, 2x Domri Rade and Ajani, Mentor of Heroes let you run through your deck with alot of control.

Having both Domri Rade & Courser of Kruphix both on the battlefield lets you play/hand most cards straight from the top of your library

Depending on what you play against the important cards to work with sideboard are: Polis Crusher, Polukranos, World Eater, Arbor Colossus, Ghor-Clan Rampager

The colossus is so good to stop those pesky Prognostic Sphinx and other flyers. The Crusher is superweet against the new constelation decks. Polukranos/rampager for when you need to be aggro.
