thanks so much for the help and advice! Circu is pretty iffy because he's exiling cards and I can't use my opponent's exiled cards, plus there's the whole "one copy each" so really all he's doing is milling >.< I just bought a mindleech mass yesterday and forgot to add him! he's so cool xD I've been debating whether I want to add those one time use cards like mind sculpt, it seems unproductive :/ I just got whispering madness too, and I'll definitely be looking for mind funeral and mind grind, those are pretty good :o I just got whelming wave and have been trying to squeeze in some more krakens and stuff for that reason x.x I kinda forgot about mana ramp xD and the idea of keeping spells cheap so that the creatures come late and the spells come early is brilliant! I will definitely be working on that x3 also, thanks for the +1, this is the first deck I've made that anyone has given me one on ._.

Your welcome. I try my best to give you suggestions. That would give you a good place to start from. Without taking over your Deck. Yet, name some card so you know what your looking for.
an No prob. I try to give +1 on deck I think are wroth while.and while this deck may need a little work. It has a really good start to work from.

Not sure why Nihilith over, say Quest for Ula's Temple ? EDIT: OK, it's a Horror...someday someoes gotta make Horror tribal!

@ Doozledorf I'm checking it out right now :3
@ Cybersix the reason I don't use ula's temple is because I don't -have- ula's temple xD the deck list is a list of cards I currently own, I don't like adding things I don't have >.< as soon as I get one, it'll go in though

Collect Call of Cthulhu is my mill deck. It's not as on theme as yours (which is really flavorful, and I like that a lot), but it does showcase a lot of mill options. I would point out Traumatize, Sands of Delirium, Grindclock, and Keening Stone. If you want to run only a select few cards to mill, they should be ones that hit big, or can hit again and again.

Brink of Madness and Back from the Brink fit the theme and might werk well. +1 for theme and name.

@ themlsna I appreciate that :3 I tried pretty hard to keep it on theme, I'd love to get my hands on a traumatize, and a keening stone, grindclock is kinda cool too, but nobody around here has had any of them Dx I've got the sands, its definitely gotta go in >.< I appreciate the feedback, I love attempt to mill someone out in edh xD
@ DERPLINGSUPREME I've been looking for a brink of madness for a while, it'd be nice for this deck, and I've been meaning to squeeze back from the brink in here but I'm struggling with taking things out >.< thanks for the +1 I thought the name was clever! xD

I like the whole theme of the deck, but I don't really have very much experience with milling people then using their graveyards against them. I think you should definitely put in Glasses of Urza and take out something random like Shipbreaker Kraken. I also think that your early game needs a little improvement, so like putting in stuff to get you mana, like Wayfarer's Bauble, Traveler's Amulet, or maybe a Dimir Keyrune. Maybe more stuff to get little elderazi tokens would work also.
I feel kinda bad right now, because I feel like I didn't really help (at all), because these aren't really my colors.
+1 for the name and theme!

thanks for the +1 :3 all help is help :P most of the token making for eldrazi stuff is green and red, there's only three or four black cards and then skittering invasion and spawnsire >.< I'll be looking for the dimir rocks, I think I've got the other two you mentioned, and you're right about the mana, I was just thinking about Magus of the Coffers because I need a lot of power per card to keep the theme intact without watering the deck down x.x thanks for the advice!

No prob. Another thing I think I may have forgotten to mention (I say this to all black decks) is that maybe you should run a Diabolic Tutor, if you wan't to get a combo out, like Army of the Damned on one turn, then Decree of Pain + Spoils of Blood the next, but you're missing one, then you can just get it and then kill them dead.
Magus of the Coffers seems like a good idea, especially in the late game. I like the concept of Void Stalker, because it gives you a little more time to build up. It's kinda' the same as Vortex Elemental just you don't have to block with Void Stalker, which can be useful, and can be annoying.

I hate running tutors for that reason, I've got 100 completely different cards, I want the game to be different each time I play, if I search for the same cards every game, it gets stale fast Dx void stalker is beautiful isn't it? say goodbye to your commander, whoever has the nastiest commander! xD

I just crafted a Cthulu deck today after a day of research into the mythos and certain cards that would be useful and flavorful. Guiltfeeder I found this gem from another's list. It appesrs to be most helpful in a heavy mill deck, but I feel it works fine in both flavor and function in any Cthulu deck.

Not sure if you're looking for infinites but Eater of Days and Phenax, God of Deception or Mindcrank and Duskmantle Guildmage for those instant wins. The Primordials are good also as is Chancellor of the Spires. I've also liked Filth, Trepanation Blade, Vela the Night-Clad, Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker and Mindcrank for aggro-mill decks. I would also suggest getting a few more mana rocks in there since your colors suffer from mana problems so Darksteel Plate and Dimir Signet for cheap stuff.

correction! I meant Eater of the Dead not Eater of Days!

Sorry for the third comment, just a heads up, Grimoire of the Dead is very risky and often times your opponents will let you stack it and then either bounce it or destroy it after you've invested in it so much which can commonly make it a dead card. I also read that you wanted to know if you had things in your maybe board, I'd say Lightning Greaves at the very least must go in the deck since you have so many effects that require you to turn your cards sideways. Hope I've helped you out!

The best Cthulhu basic land cards are from Cthulhu Shadowmoor set.
You found most of the really good base Cthulhu creatures. You did miss Circu, Dimir Lobotomist,Mindleech Mass
of the good cthulhu type of spells theres Dream Twist,Memory Sluice,Mind Funeral, Mind Grind,Mind Sculpt, Psychic Drain, Sanity Grinding, Memory Plunderand Whispering Madness
As deck as is. and what you are trying to do with it.I suggest taking a look at Quest for Ula's Temple and finding some good Kraken, Leviathan, Octopus, and Serpent base creature cards. and re-work the Creatures. Keeping with Edrazi, Horror, Kraken, Leviathan, and Octopus type of creatures.
Then add in some Lands and Artifacts that allow you to look for land or add mana to your mana pool like:Wayfarer's Bauble or Vessel of Endless Rest.
Finally, try to keep your Instant and Sorcerys low cost one to three mana. That way early game you have ability to play Instant and Sorcerys spells. and late game you can save mana for your creatures. and a few counter spells counter couldn't hurt either.
