Took out Bloodthrone Vampire, Brimstone Volley, and Sign in Blood and added 2x Butcher Ghoul, 4 Gravecrawler, and 4 Geralf's Messenger. i also added Blood Crypt
just in order to have the land diversity needed with Geralf's Messenger. I kept my mana curve super low in order to be able to play a ton of small creatures. Once Blood Artist or Falkenrath Noble (or both) hit the board, its all about letting the blood flow.
Adding in those few cards upped the price about 100 bucks, but its still a relatively cheap deck that I believe is very effective.
