Mathas is the card I've been most excited about in c17, this is a political deck that focuses on incentivises your opponents into attacking each other and killing each other's things. You get to reward your oppontents so that they do your dirty work or make certain people very attractive targets. Just make sure everyone wants to do what you want them to do more than they want to kill you.
