Currently, this is the first draft of my first attempt at a Commander deck. Any recommendations or creative criticism is vastly appreciated, so thank you for that in advance.

The main theme is to run off the Cat Dragon feature of Wasitora, focusing on cats and things that give bonuses for having multiple cats in play, rather than having a lot of really powerful dragons.

It's overall meant to be a budget deck, and considering how much it could have cost, I think it is; however, there are some higher priced lands and noncreature spells in it that could be replaced with other things that are cheaper, but this deck in general was made as cheaply as possible to still be decently playable.
