@WannaCMuhDek Maybe Rakshasa's Secret is a better choice here. Alas, I'm gonna try to overhaul and redo the deck so there's gonna be a change, either a minor or major one

What are your thoughts on Corpseweft? I like the idea of making huge zombies to get around Virulent Plague but being dependant on creature cards in your grave makes it very circumstantial

Yup, that's the thing. Corpseweft demand that I have a lot of creature on the deck, thus it doesn't really fit in this deck
I got another deck that use Corpseweft, SmudgeDredd. Check it out: Zombie Tribal for the Tight Budget!

@GAVEbirth2NORIS: yup, Mind Rot/Rakshasa's Secret is a great discard spell, but I got the 3-cmc discard slot covered with Sibsig Icebreakers and Dark Deal. Thx for the suggestion tho

Thanks Mintaaayyy. Your deck made me seriously considering to switch into myself. Kolaghan's Command, burn spells seems really great. But I need to do some playtesting first...

I think Grixis might be the way forward best haha, thing is i always wouldve thought blue because of draw power and then being able to counter all the attempts to destroy your win cons late game hmm gotta have a play around with them and see :)

Tried Grixis before. The deck seems good on paper but it tries to do too many thing on the same time(discard, burn, draw, control?). That's how I slim it down to . But I think with the new cards from DTK,
seems viable now(which is proven by your build)

Yeh i can imagine that when i see some other grixis decks haha seems like id just be confused at what i wanted to do each turn, i just think kolaghans command and the dragonlord himself are just made for discard decks and make them seem so appealing now, hopefully origins will bring out something to replace waste not so they will still be viable haha

Why would you like to avoid theros block cards? they will rotate out at the same time as M15 unfortunately :( in october

Also might i suggest Archfiend of Depravity instead of what you are considering for board wipe in Deathbringer Regent or Crux of Fate it will allow you to keep all those zombies/tokens on the field, while clearing your enemy down to 2, chances are you have more then 2 zombies/creatures on the field so you should be able to swing for at LP

Fair point. Replaced Crux of Fate. Thanks, Dimukon

magnetcrocodile no problem brother, thought it might work out for you simply because its the same 5 drop as Crux of Fate and leaves YOU in a better place then you opponent, its also 2 cheaper then the Deathbringer Regent you were considering.
if you have a chance mind heading over too ***Defensive Drain*** and letting me know what you think of that deck?

I love this deck putting it together as we speak I'm missing a few things but when my budget permits I'll have it ready for fnm. Question who would be a good replacement for sibsig icebreakers? Only reason I ask is because I don't like the idea of having to discard a card myself with dark deal it's totally worth it but idK. Or do you think the icebreakers are must for this deck?

@DirtyDeeBlankenship Thanks man.
The Sibsig Icebreakers is good since it's an immediate discard and the card you discard can fuel your delve. Also its Zombie sub-type helps, too. For a budget replacement I'd suggest using Siren of the Silent Song(slower) or Mardu Skullhunter(more conditional). The previous version of this deck uses them, and they work okay.
Cheers!
