Zombie Infestation + Jace, Memory Adept ...unlikely but his +20 card draw ability to yourself and than discarding 20 cards (more or less if u need to keep some) and than putting down 10 zombie creature tokens.. yum. That would be sexy in my zombie-mill deck.

I looks awesome! +1. Personally, I am super excited for Waste Not. In the deck I built for it, I added Shrieking Affliction just as a bit of a rack effect, and it has been able to effectively close out games.

I love the combos you have here, especially with Whispering Madness . If you are running that card, Notion Thief may also be something to consider, especially to keep your opponents from drawing back up.

One last thing- If you look at the color pie, you have a LOT of blue lands for not a lot of blue mana symbols. Honestly, right now, I think you are fine just cutting all islands for swamps.
