You could drop some mountains, go down to 18-19 lands, and maybe slip in a Gitaxian Probe or 2 for some card draw and deck thinning as well as a prowess trigger.

Yeah if anything I would take out the mutagenic growth for something else, think of it this way, touts genie growths will only deal 2 damage to an opponent or help buff your creatures (which is not important in a burn deck, in an aggro deck then yes it is) if you really want to kill the creature use burn spells that deal 3 damage, you can also use the spell to directly deal damage, if you need help look at my deck Brighter Burn

@Tyrannosary I like the Mutagenic Growth because it can take my own creatures out of burn range, + its nice for combat tricks

Hey don't forget to take a look at your deck so that you know what to take out for Atarka's Command
