Build this Deck from scratch without copying it from others. Went over 50hours of playtesting in Forge before I was satisfied. Main theme was to have a deck capable of having more then 1 win condition, ways to counter other decks and just to have fun with your opponent ,MTG is still a game, games are supposed to be fun ;)
How does it work
Turn 1: Birds of Paradise, Elvish Mystic
Turn 2: Coiling Oracle, Cultivate, Jace Beleren, Phantasmal Image (use it to copy whatever you need, another Oracle, Bird, Mystic or even an enemy creature) or vs Rush decks, Propaganda
Turn 3: Now I can play 80% of my deck. You can go whatever way you like. Kiora, the Crashing Wave, Whelming Wave, Harmonize, more mana ramping, whatever you need at that time. You can slow the enemy down even more, rush more mana, draw more cards... Playtest this deck to see how idiotic the amounts of options are in this turn.
Turn 4: By now you either have slowed the enemy down by so much or ramped up enough mana to really kickstart this deck.Primeval Titan + Phantasmal Image = 4 lands and 2 6/6 trample, when they attack next turn another 4 lands... Copy it in turn 5 with Rite of Replication and have all your lands into play. Need life? Wurmcoil Engine + Phantasmal Image/Phyrexian Metamorph.
Finishing ways
1)
Stormtide Leviathan
, no more attack for the enemy, is also Whelming Wave Proof.
2) Copy Biovisionary with what copy way you want.
3) Copy the enemy's strongest creature but a lot more :p guaranteed to make your opponent frustrated.
4) Overrun with Titans and Wurmcoils. While doing this you are capable of slowing your opponent down to a stand still with Propaganda, Whelming Wave, Curse of the Swine, AEtherize
Mention noteworthy play
Try Coiling Oracle + Phantasmal Image on turn 2 and 3 to draw cards and play more lands, follow up with a Whelming Wave, and repeat. Its a cheap way to slow your opponent down while drawing card and putting lands down fast.
UPDATE 23 Feb 2014
Changed my deck around a lot, threw away Sakura-Tribe Elder, Sakura-Tribe Scout and went for Phantasmal Image. It can copy any mana ramping creature like Coiling Oracle, Birds of Paradise, my stronger creatures late game or even the enemy's, giving me more end game without losing the speed early game.
other cards addedCurse of the Swine, Kiora, the Crashing Wave,
Stormtide Leviathan
, Whelming Wave
Playtest 23 Feb 2014
After playtesting 7h against all sorts of decks, I feel like this deck has reached it maximum potential.
VS Goblin rush: Propaganda and Whelming Wave saved me on every game, slowing his rush down to a standstill.
VS Black Hand Discard: Hard matches, either he would destroy my hand before I could play something decent or I would put a Primeval Titan or Wurmcoil Engine into play and I would win. Ended up with 3 - 2. Might need to work on this...
VS Heroic aura: Whelming Wave, AEtherize and his Aura's were gone. Decks with just 1 strong creature don't stand a chance. Kiora, the Crashing Wave was also very helpfull, completely shutting down his buffed creature.
VS Ghost Council: Anoying at first, couldn't get rid of Obzedat, Ghost Council cause it would just exile itself at the end of his turn. Couldn't copy it either (that would have been fun), dropped a Wurmcoil Engine, used Phantasmal Image and he couldn't keep up with the life gain.
VS Pack Rats: Rushed to
Stormtide Leviathan
, made 5 more with Rite of Replication for unnecessary overkill...
VS Ninjutsu: Didn't knew he had ninjutsu in that deck,
Throat Slitter
was an unpleasant surprise when he switch it with an unblockable 1/1 of his. Turned it into a swine with Curse of the Swine and my mana ramp took over.
