Game Day performance —May 25, 2013

Took part in the game day. Lost pretty much every game, 2 of which were due to both mana flood and mana screw. Guess my shuffling should've been better. In the first normal game, I went against a deck filled to the brim with Angel of Serenity, Thragtusk, Unburial Rites and Faithless Looting. Truth be told, I had a hard time, but I know my deck pushed that one against a wall, too. It was pretty balanced. Second normal game was lost due to the stupid mistake of using Murder on a not-so-problematic creature after I had used a Duress and seen a Duskmantle Seer on my opponent's hand.

I'm thinking of completely taking out Bloodgift Demon and dropping Desecration Demon to either 2 or 3, and increasing the Tithe Drinker, High Priest of Penance and/or Sin Collector count. Martial Law is also something I'm seriously considering to add to my deck.

When you get a chance id try and take out some of your one ofs and make more consistant creatures. For example id take out Executioner's Swing and two other one ofs for 3 Tragic Slip

By one ofs you mean cards like Murder ? Yes, I'll definitely consider that. However, wouldn't it be best to remove just one Murder instead of two? I mean, Tragic Slip is good, but only if a creature died that turn. If I could, I'd rather prevent that from happening. Maybe taking out some other card in place of that second Murder?

@chaosindafridgeWell, after thinking for a while, maybe killing creatures to make Tragic Slip effective IS what I want. Where did I have my mind when thinking that I would have to be the one losing creatures? :P Added 3, along with some more removal. And some other massive overhauls.
