Strategies are built around dealing 20 damage, typically speaking. While most strategies are equipped to handle occasional increments, but not on the scale we're bringing. The printing of Daxos, Blessed by the Sun with the printing of Ajani's Welcome we have a sustainable number of soul sisters to have a deck! The one problem is Daxos is legendary so we can, at maximum, have 5 soul sisters on the field and that's not very likely. Your best option is making sure your shell can survive on short, frequent bursts of life gain. that being said;

Set ups: Heliod, Sun-Crowned not only sets up the above combo, but makes everyone an Ajani's Pridemate Linden, the Steadfast Queen is questionable but she does gain us a ton of life and 3/3 vigilance isnt nothing. Leonin Vanguard gains us life and rewards us for building our board state.

Pay Offs: Ajani's Pridemate. Lone Rider   is an underestimated bomb at 2 mana, and 3 life is not hard at all on turn 3. Sorin, Vengeful Bloodlord gives your stuff life gain, pings, and resurrects all of which are welcome. Ajani, Strength of the Pride is the 4th copy of Ajani's Pridemate. Gideon, Ally of Zendikar gives you chumps which gives you life, possible anthem, and a massive body. Elspeth, Sun's Champion puts out tokens, kill things if needed, and read that emblem if it happens. Crested Sunmare and archangle of thune are the top end of the curve. you can consider putting in Resplendent Angel as well.
