Extremly versatile and fun to play.
Actually good surving power though it was also my goal to keep it half budget (Therefore only the checklands). Main focus is 1vs.1 but also performs good in multiplayer (causal level).
Playtested like 10-15 games.

Seeking advice for nice cards that would maybe fit in well. CMC should stay 5 max. for speed reasons. Colors should stay..there are enough W, UW and WUG. Dont even mention slow old Venser. ;-)

Blink:
Cloudshift as basis.
Otherworldly Journey to get opponents attackers / blockers out of the way, remove counters and tokens, permanently exile with Sundial of the Infinite or slow blink/rescue EOT...pew.
Flickerwisp -> Staple and flying board presence
Restoration Angel -> Mother of blink..endless possibilities !
Conjurer's Closet slow but reliable

Targets:
Wall of Omens carddraw obviously and seals off the board for the time you need to establish
Blade Splicer 3/3 FIRSTSTRIKE tokens are not to mess around with. Best token producer imo. Easily produces 3 guys/turn in lategame.
Skinrender shines like a star in this deck. Kills almost everything with enough blink.
Acidic Slime renders what skinrender cant. Reason for green spash. Great value creature !
Orzhov Pontiff Early Boradwipe for pesky 1/1s. Let him haunt one of your Golem tokens for controlled wipe again (Blink the token)
Solemn Simulacrum normally a win/win card. In this deck a win/win/win at least
Loxodon Hierarch Much Lifegain is not to be underestimated especially in Multiplayer. Not too sure about him though. You should never really become i a desperate situation to sac him. So his second ability never really saved me.
Knight-Captain of Eos Keep him and his boys on the board and he keeps you in the game forever ;-) Also great to stratecically mess with other pepoles combat phases in multiplayer.

Fun Stuff:
Strionic Resonator Copy ETBs sounds like fun ! It is..trust me ;-)
Sundial of the Infinite Exile opponents stuff in your turn with Wisp or Journey and trigger the Sundial in your second Mainphase -> Bonus points.
