Here is the thing about this deck... I honestly don't know how Edgar Markov came into my possession...

I bought Inalla, Archmage Ritualist and built that deck out. I don't know if I traded a friend in college for this commander, or if maybe I did buy it back in the day and just have a faulty memory. NEVERTHELESS, here we are in 2025 with Innistrad Remastered coming in a few weeks, Ixalan has been re-visited and the Markov's have expanded since this deck was released.

In 2024, I returned to MtG after a 6 year hiatus and started tuning and rebuilding my existing decks: Meren, Inalla, Wort, Boggart Auntie, and of course, Edgar Markov. Time was especially good to this deck in gifting it many, MANY options for me to add.

• This wincon is just simple token abuse of the Eminence ability on Edgar. Cast vampires, get vampires, buff vampires, swing vampires, and win. Simple plays.

Interview With A Vampire Show

• This wincon seeks to torment everyone around us without really being involved. Using triggers of creatures like Blood Artist to constantly be harassing and pinging your opponents when your creatures die. It gets even better when you are the one activating the triggers with creatures like Vish Kal
