Protect yourself with Standstill as you draw into Exploration, Rites of Flourishing, Azusa, Lost but Seeking, and Burgeoning to boost your land drops. Initially use these to bounce Oboro, Palace in the Clouds (on your turn) and Ghost Town (on the opponent's turn) between your hand and the battlefield. This simplifies once you get Storm Cauldron out. Grazing Gladehart keeps you well alive and Hedron Crab becomes your win condition, especially once you get more than one out. This landfall strategy handily avoids the stipulations of Standstill once you have everything set up, giving you time to mill out your opponents while they try to avoid giving you more cards.

The Rites of Flourishing and Storm Cauldron keep plenty of lands in the opponent's hands to aid your Burgeoning, which may be the only way to sustain enough mill to affect a win in multiplayer games.

Lotus Cobra keeps plenty of mana around, so you usually can avoid the Storm Cauldron effect from returning more lands to your hand than you can play each turn. This is less important once you get Kruphix, God of Horizons out to keep your hand size in check.

Two Lotus Cobra readily power a Seer's Sundial with each landfall, further facilitating your card advantage. Mind's Eye also helps in this regard, since you should have more than enough mana to power it for every draw.

Emrakul, the Aeons Torn is intended as a backup win condition and as means to shuffle your graveyard back into your library if they find a way to kill him off. This should avoid the embarrassment of your mill deck milling itself out through card draw advantage.
