The name says it all. Mono blue artifact deck, but did not have the money for Urza, Lord High Artificer and the good artifacts like Simulacrum Synthesizer, so instead we gotta make it work with Akal Pakal, First Among Equals and a very unhealthy amount of artifacts.

The idea of the deck is play Akal Pakal, First Among Equals as soon as possible, then try triggering his ability each end step by creating artifact tokens or flashing some artifacts. This gets you quite a lot of cards, and adding several card draw options like Riddlesmith, Sai, Master Thopterist or Universal Surveillance, you try getting some wincons into your hand as soon as possible. From Mechanized Production or Mirrodin Besieged just winning/making someone lose the game to Rise and Shine and The Antiquities War for a big combat step with all the useless artifacts you have been puting on board, there should be plenty of options to close the game.

I tried including some counters and removal like Reality Shift, Wash Out or Hornswoggle, but the main focus of the deck is still clearly win with lots of artifacts. Regardless, the interaction is still useful, as the deck takes a bit to start working.

As you can see, this deck is mainly casual, done mainly with cards I had lying around. It is a bit on the slow side, but it will draw you a ton of cards and WILL win the game if left unchecked with all the options available.

I am still opened for any suggestions for the deck, as there were so many options to make it that I could not include all here, so anything will be more than welcome.
