The Game plan for this deck is to trigger heroic a bunch and continue to swing in unblocked. Favored Hoplite is just radical in any situation. He only needs 1 Martial Glory to become a huge threat that opponents have to deal with immediately. Madcap Skills and Holy Mantle provide some cool evasion techniques as well as making your guys mad buff, brah. Boros Charms is so stronk, give somebody Double-strike and a heroic trigger, dodge a Supreme Verdict, or just get that 4 extra damage for a game win, there really isn't a point in a game that it wouldn't be extremely useful.

Sideboard-wise, we have Mizzium Mortars to get rid of a pesky Blood Baron of Vizkopa or a Stormbreath Dragon. Renounce the Guilds also handles Baron as well as Detention Sphere.
