So a friend challenged me to build a proxy deck out of Kwain, Itinerant Meddler that stood any sort of chance on a $300 budget (proxy). I have a few ideas, but this is going to be a pretty directionless and inane deck from the get-go. The current strategy is card draw/tutors to find infinite combos with control pieces to keep the opponents away.
