Really solid build man. After a look through and a few playtests, I have a few swap ideas. First is Drown in the Loch. I'd cut it in favor of Counterspell or FoW. I get the modal dual purpose, but I think I'd rather have the straight counter. Also along those lines, idk about your meta but the GY hate seems a bit heavy. I'd entertain trimming down one of those type cards in favor of Paradoxical Outcome. Between the 0 costs and overall CMC of the deck, it could be a nice safety valve to Aetherflux if Dramatic Scepter gets blown up. Lastly is a small one but Smothering Tithe is just flat out good. I'd try to make room for it. Fantastic deck brew though as is man. Solid build!

Maybe Gitaxian Probe instead of Opt ? Really good build !!!
