With a large number of 1- and 2-drops, our hope is to always have at least one creature on the board at the start of T3, and then cast Tymna. Since we got off to a fast start, we hope to hit one or two players on T3 and draw cards. The possibilities open up on T4, but should never be worse than a T4 Kondo, ensuring that we get to draw more cards.

There's inherent risk in running lots of tiny creatures, in that eventually someone will wipe the board resulting in big card disadvantage for us. We try to manage this with Tymna, who hopefully leaves us drawing so many cards that we retain a full hand, and with some of the usual WB recursion options.

At some point our creatures will be outclassed. The hope is to use some of the high-power hate (Meekstone and friends to lock down big creatures, Fell the Mighty and friends to get rid of them) to create openings for our little guys. To win the game, we have a suite of temporary pump effects that should let our guys hit hard without getting stuck under Meekstone, etc.

This is a budget build, and one of the places that shows is in the mana base. We run a lot of basics, and plan to mulligan until we get a hand that can cast a T3 Tymna. The thing is that if we plan to cast things on T1-3, taplands are bad. A handful are too good to skip, but what we really want are fastlands (and maybe checklands), which don't fit in the current budget.
