The deck's strategy is simple:
Put Blistercoil Weird on the battlefield as soon as possible and equip Paradise Mantle on it. Then tap Blistercoil Weird and add or , cast an instant or sorcery (all of them, except for Manamorphose and Cathartic Reunion are 1 mana cards), untap Blistercoil Weird and repeat this process untill it gets +19 +19 counters, then attack with it and win. Alternatively you could cast a Grapeshot.
