Suppression Field mean his 3 planeswalkers and (at least) 12 other cards in his deck require extra mana to activate abilities. I guess it should hurt more of the other players than him.

Definitely a +1 from me. Cryptic Command is a bit blue-heavy though, so if the other effects aren't that important to you, I would suggest substituting it for Render Silent. You cackle at your opponents as they find themselves countered and not able to play any more spells, and in some cases, even ending their turn due to this. Another evil suggestion is Linvala, Keeper of Silence, but I'm not sure what you would substitute for this. Otherwise, this has given me some ideas for dealing out some board hate in my playgroup, ty for this amazing show of what happens when you get on a / player's bad side.

Thank's for the compliment lethalitycomplex! This deck is my favorite. Cryptic is blue heavy but I at the same time I have enough mana fixing that it isn't usually a problem. Linvala will replace Damping Matrix, as it hurts me less and my opponents more! I appreciate the help

Mabey instead of Darksteel Ingot you could play Chromatic Lantern since it makes sure all your lands produce both colors.

Lantern is susceptible to removal and I have not been having mana troubles. If my land base was less stable I would consider it but ingot is in here not only because it provides ramp but because it stays.

hmm why not add Spelltithe Enforcer or Chancellor of the Annex plus a Rite of Replication for pure annoyance

I had them, but mana is easy to get in edh and they don't do much. Also, that is three slots I would have to open for being slightly annoying.

true mana is easy to come by in edh however if combined together or with Rite of Replication the cost becomes to much to deal with and effectively locks the board down. I would also recommend putting Academy Rector back in just because of the number of enchantments you run especially Omniscience. I run Academy Rector in my Super Friends EDH for that reason

i cut rector because of how much I protect my creatures. I don't have any sac outlets, making it harder. I'm on the verge of cutting omniscience. Also, like i said, that requires meTo cut three cards for a hard to achieve combo with, including tutors, about a 6 in 100 chance of hitting

Hi! Here's my suggestions:Hanna, Ship's Navigator - good recurrence for your enchantments and artifacts. Rune-Tail, Kitsune Ascendant - provides defense to your creatures. Memory Jar - pretty good looking along with Scroll Rack. Copy Enchantment seems to me not bad.

Matrixxx999. Jar is never going in, I know it's power... I run Neku and it is too risky here, I want to control my draws, and jar makes that hard. Copy enchantment is a sideboard card more than anything else and in my local meta it would not do much. Hanna is good but dies easy and besides a little utility can't do much, so I prefer Elixir of Immortality. Rune tail is good but this is not a creature heavy deck. By the time I need something like that I should have avacyn out. Thank you for the advice though!

Ok, i see. For prison strategy could come in handy Blind Obedience and Sphere of Resistance - tax for the opponents is increased, and GGAIV allows you to cast spells without loss. For your Mystical Tutor - Terminus and Temporal Mastery. Have you considered the option with Enchanted Evening and all the combos with this card?

Those are some good ideas, although I have to veto the first two. I like terminus and mastery, but besides sphere I don't see the point to evening. What would i Cut?

Combos with Enchanted evening: + Aura Thief you will need some sac ability in your deck though, + Greater Auramancy, + Cleansing Meditation - destroy people's stuff, and yours return to battlefield. Here are some cards that could be replaced: Counterbalance - it is to situational, Elixir of Immortality - I just don't see how this card could be more useful than some other artifacts and enchantments, but maybe I am wrong, depends of meta, Merchant Scroll - 2 mana for tutoring instant spell on sorcery speed is not enough to keep this card, Alhammarret's Archive - I think even Mind's Eye would be better. I also want to ask, why not use Lightning Greaves instead of Swiftfoot boots?

Archive is strictly better. Easier to use and also doubles life gain. Counter balance is staying because of the library fixing I have. Elixer is great in my meta and help keep me from drawing out. Merchant scroll is amazing, and effectively a one drop. Plus with cards like leyline of anticipation and similar cards. greaves is going in, as is meditation. I will figure out what to cut

Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur is a "Dumb" card for this deck. I've never seen another card cause so many rage quits. Especially when flashing it in right before someone ends their turn.

Seems like a lovely deck to play. I'm not sure it will be pleasant to be on the receiving end.

I'd prefer Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur over Omniscience, especially after you cut Academy Rector.
