Welcome to the circus of value! I built this deck on a whim, the idea is get Talrand, try and protect him, and cantrip like mad. draw is to keep cantrips and summons going to keep me in drakes, and in good cards.

Things going on:

Instants: A lot of counters, control, and draws.

sorcery: same deal, mostly draw, some utility

creatures: Snapcaster because duh. Sea-gate oracle is more deck utility. Chasm skulker because I draw a lot and I like how it synergizes.

artifacts: isochron is pretty useful utility, lets me do things repeatedly which is useful.

greaves and boots are protection for talrand. Proteus staff because it lets me grab my other creatures, and if none left, I can stack my deckmaybes: arcane melee, I like it, but it's a bit pricey mana-wise, and helps my opponents, Plus, a lot of my cards don't actually benefit from it.
