Hi,This is my Commander deck based on Ephara, God of the Polis.The target is to draw a card in your enemies upkeep, and a second one in your own upkeep as often as possible. Like this i want to beat my enemy/enemies by entering value town.How to this? Flash always ruled, still rules and will always rule. Accompanied by some control (more trying to get surprising stuff by playing flash creatures instead of simple counters etc.) and other supporting stuff like planeswalkers and fun things as Strionic Resonator this should be able to work out quite well.
