It's Sultai Delirium, but with the added benefit of reanimation and one-mana cycling, which is nuts, by the way.

Traverse gives us a great toolbox package with the Gearhulks and hate cards like Manglehorn and Ishkanah.

Grim Flayer + Rhonas the Indomitable adds 9 p/t to the board for 5 mana with delirium, and Rhonas combos with our big menace and flying creatures.

Censor can be a BRUTAL card against the curve-out decks. Dissenter's Deliverance takes care of gearhulks and vehicles. And if they're ever clunky in hand, cycle em for a brand new card AND an easy instant in the yard!

Finally, Liliana is a perfect delirium enabler, token generator, and enables a t5 Gearhulk if you discard one to Oath of Jace !

The deck plays controlly before exploding with high impact permanents and card selection. It's a super solid shell and can be easily tuned to an aggressive meta (Fatal Push, 3 mana lili), a tokens meta (Archfiend of Ifnir + Hapatra, Vizier of Poisons), and even control (Sphinx of the Final Word, Drake Haven).

I think this can be a contender in the meta with or without bans. I look forward to tweaking the list and I'd love to hear suggestions. :)
