Lay down creatures. Generate 2/2 Wolf tokens with Howlpack Alpha and Garruk Relentless  .

Buff with Immerwolf, Wildblood Pack   and Howlpack Alpha.

Daybreak Ranger   for anti-flying and against non-attacking creatures (Blood Artist, etc).

Terror of Kruin Pass for semi-evasion and Tovolar's Magehunter   for (multiplayer) annoyance.

Wolfir Avenger as flash/regen defender.

Golgari Charm for board x/1 removal, enchantment removal or regenerate. Moonmist for damage prevention and forced transformation.

Full Moon's Rise as minor buff and trample source, with option to regenerate everything.

Then sweep with an army of buffed, trampling (were)wolves.
