My first ever deck was the dimir Consuming Aberration pre-built deck I got from Walmart. Ever since them, I've loved mill as a wincon.

My friend group is doing a budget tribal tourney and this is my attempt to fulfill that stipulation while reveling in the nostalgia that is dimir mill.

This a creature mill deck with horror beat down. Slam a Thing in the Ice   and cast cheap mill cards to flip it. Artful Dodge combined with a Consuming Aberration = GG.

Rules are only creatures of one type - horrors - while keeping a $60 budget. Can tack on a sideboard under $10.
