This is essentially a shell for Obzedat, Ghost Council and Blood Baron of Vizkopa. The reason why it is junk is because of the ability to add such powerhouse cards like Scavenging Ooze and Abrupt Decay as well as mana ramp.
Even without those two this deck can still beat you down pretty well.
