I'm not a big fan of Experiment One. His regenerate is nice but he comes back useless most times. I would consider switching a couple out for elvish mystic and definitely up lotleth troll to 4. He's a total beast that can win games single-handedly.

I haven't seen Mistcutter Hydra in the mainboard too much (maybe that's just my exposure to the meta), how's it working out for you? I'd second the above opinion that you could test out switching Elvish Mystic in for Experiment One , that early advantage could put you way ahead and open you to a T2 Dreg Mangler .

I also built a junk midrange for my gf, how's this running for you? Hers versus my control decks, are awesome! That's what standard needs, a good midrange deck that's not BW, and GR/Jund.

Thats exactly how i feel about this deck haha. I like being the only person in the meta to run this kind of deck. I really love the way it runs, especially the wondertwins synergy of Scavenging Ooze and Lotleth Troll .

This deck needs some Grisly Salvage bro. I know you have troll and rat to toss stuff to the grave but salvage is great for digging through your deck and weeding out cards you don't need while you feed your scavenging ooze and deathrite shaman.

@ samuraizack i really dont. ive been play testing a lot lately versus a lot of different decks and ive never been in want of more stuff in the graveyard.

I believe Pack Rat is just an overall better option then lotleth. Discarding 10 cards to make a 12/11 trampler is nice, but discarding ten cards for ten 10/10 rats plus scavenging is just better. I understand Lotleth Troll doesn't need a cost so can pump more drastically on say turn three for his first swing, With this build you could devour your own rat and gain so much life without really losing much, I would run more of Sin Collector if you use pack rat and a minimum of 4 Pack Rat

I ran pack rat for the longest time but with the amount of removal and control in my meta it just didn't work. Also it's a bit slow for me. There's just so much that's better right now instead of lotleth like getting my hand on some Underworld Connections .

I also agree with Underworld Connections being a very good option for you, and yeah you really have to devote to protecting the rats which would take up too much space. Maybe consider Corpsejack Menace .

If you do though you may also want to consider that new Ajani, Mentor of Heroes .

I've thought about a single ajani for that option but I'd prefer Elspeth, Sun's Champion in the high drop slot

Can I ask why Pharika? I feel like if you were going to play a god it would be the BW God

Sweet build. Would suggest that 4th Thoughtseize instead of a copy of Duress but other than that looks awesome.
