The modern version of my Ensnaring Skullcap deck.

Concept: Burn off opponent's creatures until you can get Ensnaring Bridge out. Once it's out, burn opponent for the win.

Sideboard: Dragon's Claw for burn/aggro decks. Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre for mill decks. Viashino Sandstalker if opponent has lots of player hexproof cards (burn the creatures, attack with the Viashino Sandstalker ). Ancient Grudge for artifact destruction with flashback. Witchbane Orb just, because I couldn't think of a better sideboard card to fill out the remaining two slots.

Tips: Take a mulligan or two if you don't draw an Ensnaring Bridge in your starting hand. Keep in mind, the odds of drawing an Ensnaring Bridge at any time is 1/15. The odds of drawing an Ensnaring Bridge in your starting hand of seven cards is just a little over 46%. After your starting hand of seven cards, assuming you didn't take any mulligans and assuming you didn't draw an Ensnaring Bridge, you're just about halfway there.
