Play tested last build. Worked quite well. Felt it could still use a few more tweaks though. So this is hopefully the final build.

Built for consistency in effects and Mana.

Built to play as many cards a turn as possible.

Built to never attack. (With exception of possible Whispering Madness recasts.)

Ace cards are any wheel effect. I.E Wheel of Fortune

Mixed with the pain draw effects. I.E Underworld Dreams

With bonus discard effects.I.e Liliana's Caress

(Removed Waste Not but am considering putting it back in depending on how things go. A 2 CMC card that comboes pretty well with a lot of my wheel effects seems pretty good.)

Forced Fruition and Wound Reflection mixed with pain draws are meant for end game finishers. Hence them being only 2 cards at basically double CMC.

Kept the 2 instant and sorcery copies that played from graveyards as it was hard to have one in hand while also using a wheel effect. Did win a counter spell war against grand arbiter, Augustine IV with them in play testing though. That's was fun. Lol

Removed Hive Mind due to high CMC and not seeming to be able to utilize it as much as I hoped. May put back in depending on how things go.

Took several defences out as usually they weren't being played in order to play other cards. But left a few in as I felt they could still be useful in certain scenarios. Deck is meant to kill quickly though. So figured wasn't worth keeping most.

Sangromancer is one exception of cards I kept in as it was useful for crazy life gain in multiplayer duels with certain wheel effects. An example was I was playing the Ydris prebuilt in a 5 way duel (fairly consitant thing in my play group) against the other 2016 prebuilt commander decks and got Sangromancer + Whispering Madness combo off and gained about 100 life (give or take) a turn

Mizzix's Mastery also exception as it allowed me to recast my wheel effects from graveyard for free, which is useful if enough wheel effects end up in grave yard before kill.

includes and infinite combo if you care about such stupid things. I only have it because both cards combo with the deck. Didn't even notice it was in there since my original build until after I finished my last build. More specifically, it's the Duskmantle Guildmage + Mindcrank combo. Duskmantle says: UB1 deal 1 damage per card into an opponent's graveyard and mindcrank says: for each damage an opponent takes put the top card from said opponents library into graveyard. So just trigger a card going to and opponents graveyard after activating duskmantles ability, (which can be done by his other ability btw) or alternatively deal damage after activating duskmantles ability, and you win, as it will either mill said opponents our or kill said opponents, whichever comes first. Yay. I hate infinite comboes.... I even took out Exquisite Blood + Sanguine Bond as they were to high CMC. Had them in as they comboed with the deck and yet they comboed infinitely with each other. And yet, I ended up with a worse one.

Side boarded alternate cards. Some labeled above some not.

Edit: Sideboarded the rest of the attack defense cards (excluding meekstone. 1 CMC stop powerhouses was too good) (and removed 1 basic land) to add in to add creature protection cards.

Side boarded vensers journal for phyrexian metamorphosis as well Drops average CMC and adds more consistency, especially to speed up effects rather then stally ones.

Also, I removed the 6 CMC end game cards in order to swap in an alternative win method, infect. At 1 to 2 CMC each. Could also add Grafted Exoskeleton but am trying to keep CMC low and 4 CMC +2 equip cost just seemed counter productive. I don't even know why I added this. I also hate infect. This is just too stupid. Whenever you draw a card, gain 1 poisen counter and lose to drawing 10 cards.
