What do you mean high mana costs are bad?

Foreword: Thank you so much Reddit users of https://www.reddit.com/r/EDH/comments/7pd8yp/big_spells_for_narset/ ! I'm sorry that I can't put all of your ideas into action, mainly because of budget constraints, but your contributions are not forgotten.

So, I decided to open some misc packs with a friend, and managed to pull Narset. Naturally, I'm wanting to build around her, but not in the traditional, unfun, Time Walk .dec way. Rather, I opted to build generic big spells - cards like Storm Herd that are usually trash because of their high converted mana cost. However, Narset has the totally unique ability to cast big cards for free when attacking, which negates the main reason why such cards are unplayable.

In short, rather than repeated combat steps and unblockable to make Narset a degenerate time waster, I went for the biggest, dumbest, most lunatic noncreatures that I could find. The result is the above.

Please note: this deck, right now, exists in potentia, so I can't give any field advice. Also, as mentioned in the foreword, I tend to have a budget regarding decks, and I really don't like them being more expensive than about 100 USD, which is why I have some pretty bootleg cards here. With that in mind, any advice is appreciated :D.

Note: Swap DTT for Sentinel Tower when Battlebond releases. Also swap Nahiri's Machinations for Bonus Round.
