Bloodthrone Vampire is a freaking must have. Also, you seriously need Gravecrawler . Check out my deck, A Superfriendly Walk on Esper. +1

I love this deck! may I recommend: Ooze Flux to remove counters from your creatures so they can re-undie. Genesis Chamber for a swarm of tokens. Tainted AEther which will pretty much stop your opponents but not you. Essence Warden for some life gain. Soul of the Harvest for late game card draw. Champion of Lambholt will get big fast. Blasting Station for some interesting combos with Geralf's Messenger and Ooze Flux . All in all I love the idea behind your deck and I might try some of it myself!

It's standard, so he could only use Ooze Flux , Soul of the Harvest , and Champion of Lambholt .

thanks you guys for your comments, I really appreciate that.

@ Chubbub I see the strength of Bloodthrone Vampire in this but I think that my creatures will die already and there is no more space for another sacrifice. But Gravecrawler is a very good tip and I will exchange him with Butcher Ghoul I think.

@ sillywhiteboy because you showed me Ooze Flux I search for more cards with a counter removal and then came across Thrull Parasite . Its not that mana expensive and Extort ain't that bad in my deck. Champion of Lambholt I totally forgot about it :D. Nice idea, especially when I put in some counter removal.

@ feklar actually Killing Wave was my first choice but then I thought Mutilate would be better to be sure that creatures will die. But now when I think about putting Champion of Lambholt and Thrull Parasite in it, in order to save these creatures and Blood Artist , Killing Wave might be a better fit.

Very interesting deck, I like what you've got here. Your mana curve is spot on, and the utility and synergy each of your creatures have is awesome. I think you're right to leave Ooze Flux on your Maybe Board. While it could be played, and possibly be useful in a number of situations, I just don't think it tops what you have in your deck already.

Very cool. +1

I like Thrull Parasite for this. You can remove the counters from undying and you get that extort trigger as well. Having a sack outlet would be nice in here as well :) Like Bloodthrone Vampire to keep those Blood Artist triggers going! :D

Great synergy, man. This is great!

I don't think Caravan Vigil works too well with this deck. Your mana curve is soo low that you don't need to search for lands. I would replace those with 2 sack outlet creatuers and another Tragic Slip . That makes for a great defense. Sacking a creature with undying to give another creature -13/-13 seems good to me.

@ Ziggy8869 thanks :)

@ MTdude great idea! Everytime I playtested this deck after round 5-7 mana was never an issue and not needed, but I was kind of too uneasy to take Caravan Vigil out :D. I think you're right and as you said Bloodthrone Vampire would then be a perfect fit, although I don't want to have too much creatures without undying. But then it would be 16 with undying and 9 without which seems still ok.

Nice deck ! I really like it !

At first sight, I would remove the 2 Altar's Reap for 2 more Gravecrawler , but for the rest, it seems just perfect to me.

You might like my deck too 28 Hours Later. They have a little something similar.

@ jokercrow thanks for your comment. If I would remove Altar's Reap I would have too less sacrifice options and card draw is important due to my very low mana curve which forces me to have my hand played out very fast. But I see the need of Gravecrawler and I put two more of them instead of Butcher Ghoul .

I used to run a similar build for standard with a few differences, but this is probably how I should have played it. +1 If you want, you can check out my standard decks. My latest, and closer to having is this though Druid's Suppository

what do you think about using Skirsdag High Priest

April 8, 2013 11:52 p.m.

ronolulu says... #20

@ bakerboy15 to judge about this card it has to be playtested first. On the one side I like it. Morbid wont have problems to trigger in this deck 5/5 flying demon is pretty nice and as more creatures enter the battlefield,Champion of Lambholt gets pumped. But if I want to put it in the deck I am forced to remove Bloodthrone Vampire . Therefore I have to judge who fits better. Thanks for your suggestion!

How often do you pull cards form your sideboard, and explain what type of deck you need to use sideboard on please.

I finally finished this deck and played it this weekend, Went 5-1 I should have taken a mulligan the game i lost but i didn't just to see how i would do with a rough start. Just so happens the player i played against had the best start he could have asked for but it was still a very close game. I love this deck.@ ronolulu Thank you for making this deck!
