What happened to your deck?

trying to learn how to build decks, trying to get rid of opponent's deck while having some solid creatures on the field. Any help would be appreciated, trying to keep it in ultra budget. Let me know if there are better alternatives than the cards I use (i.e. less cost same or better effect, or just more efficient for the deck).
