Guidelines to Maximize Efficiency

When given multiple areas to play your land, prioritize playing off the top of the library all other options being equal. Save Codex Shredder or shuffling effects to try and get more land to play from the library when the Courser or Oracle are out.

Next play lands in your graveyard. Maximize effect by repeatedly tutoring for more land, or strip mining it, or mana ramp like crazy by using Crystal Vein 3-6 times a turn.

Codex Shredder and dredge whenever possible to get more material in the graveyard to play lands out of, retrieve with Life from the Loam, or put into your hand with Praetor's Council.
