What is the best U/W control deck?

I usually always play U/W control decks and this standard seems sweet with the new Gideon and Jace, however , I do not know the correct build of control. This is what I have currently and I want some feedback on how to make the deck as good as possible. I know that I should add another colour because with the manabase of standard there is no reason not to, but I really just want to keep it blue white.
