i think you should keep both the guildmage and excuisite blood to give you some redundancy to the Exquisite Blood + Sanguine Bond combo

Lim-Dul's Vault is too good to get rid of and the life loss doesnt really hurt you

Desertion is horrible against any decks which have Homeward Path or similar

i really like Sharding Sphinx in an oloro deck but i do run a lot more artifacts into a Filigree Angel, ive gained over 150 life doing that

i feel like Consecrated Sphinx is probably better than Drogskol Reaver due to the may clause and the fact it is more repeatable

Also you should take out all of your 13 instants and put 13 of the best instants in the game in a.k.a. Mudhole

and if you are going to listen to that then definately put in some Razor Boomerang because the art is amazing and your opponents will just poop themselves and lose.
