This is an offbeat sea monsters list bridging the dimir and simic versions. I'm working with a self imposed $200 budget to give me a little deck building restriction. Trying to skew the mana into islands to make Charix work.

It's easy to forget how good Mimeo is and he certainly reminded me of his raw power. Getting full access to every green and black sea monster is just gravy, and of course Runo. Deck is powerful and smooth, could certainly beef up the budget and be competitive, but I saw great results just like this. Good deck for the cost efficient mtg player
