This is my Zedruu deck. It's gone through a few iterations the first mostly being giveaway goat cheese, the second lost some of the cheese in exchange for mana acceleration, and the current iteration is currently being test-played with even less Zedruu cheese, but added more ways to win a few more America control spells.

Currently this deck is based off of how many ways I can get synergy out of my spells. Here's a list of the combos or just reasons for most of the cards in my deck:

Gamewinning Combos:

*Zedruu the Greathearted or Bazaar Trader combos with Delaying Shield to take damage that prevents poison counter and commander damage and then give it to an opponent before it triggers on my upkeep, Illusions of Grandeur and Delusions of Mediocrity to let me gain the life and then force my opponents to lose it, Pyromancer's Swath to force an opponent to discard their hand on EVERY endstep, Thoughtlash is a great card to have for myself for the first few turns and then you give it to someone else after it starts becoming a burden with its cumulative upkeep, creatures that trigger Zedruu's ability like Vedalken Plotter or Gilded Drake, finally I can always give away any of my global enchantments that don't say YOU like Enchanted Evening, Moat, and Detention Sphere.

*Flickerwisp + Deadeye Navigator or Venser, the Sojourner lets me get back Ilusions of grandeur, Delusions of Mediocrity, and Delaying Shield. In addition it also resets the counters on any permanent that's scary.

*Thoughtlash + Laboratory Maniac can let me win the game on my drawstep.

*Curiosity + Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind lets me draw my deck and deal my deck in damage. this combos with Laboratory Maniac orPsychosis Crawler (usually) for the win

*Enchanted Evening combos with Cleansing Meditation to destroy all my opponents' permanents or Aura Thief to take control of all my opponents' permanents hopefully winning me the game in either case.

Mana Acceleration:

Azorius Keyrune, Boros Keyrune, Chromatic Lantern,Sol Ring, and Land Tax make up my mana rocks and land fetch enchantments.

Burnished Hart and Solemn Simulacrum make up my land-fetch creatures.

Solemn Simulacrum + Deadeye Navigator combo out to give me as many land as I can pay for.

Sun Titan + Burnished Hart gives me 2 basics a turn.

Card Advantage:

Library of Leng, Venser's Journal, and Reliquary Tower allow me to have all the cards that I want in my hand while each gives me and additional benefit as well.

Consecrated Sphinx, Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur, Zedruu the Greathearted, Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind, Land Tax, and Rhystic Study all are great at giving me card advantage just by themselves.

Tutors:

Academy Rector, Wild Research and Enlightened Tutor are super important in an enchantment heavy deck.

America Control:

Boardwipes: Supreme Verdict, Wrath of God, and Cyclonic Rift

Spot Removal: Chaos Warp, Oblation, Path to Exile, Return to Dust, Swords to Plowshares, Strip Mine and Detention Sphere

Counterspells: Counterflux, Counterspell, Render Silent, and Spell Crumple

One-Card Wincons: Assemble the Legion, Luminarch Ascension, and Insurrection

Recursion: Replenish, Academy Ruins, Mistveil Plains and Sun Titan

Deterrents: Ghostly Prison, Moat, Mystic Barrier, Propaganda, Kazuul, Tyrant of the Cliffs, Kor Haven, Springjack Pasture, and Kher Keep

Various Control and Combos: Aven Mindcensor, Gilded Drake + Deadeye Navigator (only works while Gilded Drake is ETB'ing), Michiko Konda, Truth Seeker, Spellskite, Vedalken Orrery, Tolaria West helps me look for Reliquary Tower

Updates Add

The deck needed more ways to win. I removed a lot of what seemed to me to be Zedruu cheese. The deck now has a few more alternate wincons.

Enchanted Evening is now in the deck along with Cleansing Meditation and Aura Thief

Added a few combo pieces that work in multiple combos

*Curiosity + Niv-Mizzet, the Firemindfoil lets me draw my deck and deal my deck in damage. this combos with Laboratory Maniac and Psychosis Crawler (usually) for the win

*Flickerwisp + Deadeye Navigator lets me get back Ilusions of grandeur, Delusions of Mediocrity, and Delaying Shield. In addition it also resets the counters on any permanent that's scary.

I've added a TON of control spells and creatures making it more about America control and less about Zedruu
