This is a version of an old 1.5 deck I played at FNM back in the day. I've decided to remove white for now in place of heavier artifacts.

The idea is an all around shut down permission deck using counters and bounces with blue, gotta love Isochron Scepter. The fun parts are erratas on older artifacts like Howling Mine and Winter Orb. When these cards are tapped, their abilities do not take affect. The idea is to tap these artifacts to Lodestone Myr at the appropriate phase so YOU can untap your lands and draw the extra card but not allow your opponent to.

Psychosis Crawler is a potentially stompy creature that I think will be worth its weight in gold in a long drawn out game that this style deck usually invites. Morphling has since been replaced by Aetherling and Lodestone Myr wraps up my creatures as a potential pumper in a rough spot. Note that I've replaced a good chunk of my mana pool with mana producing artifacts to help bolster his ability to block/attack.
