Work in progress. Not competitive, but looks fun to play. Didn't see anyone else doing one when I was searching for Ashiok EDH.

The idea here is your opponent can't use their cards on you if they are too busy discarding, milling, or exiling them. Then you can use certain card abilities to play their cards and use their own deck against them.

Problems:

This deck has its challenges. With Leyline of the Void it will cancel some effects. Example: Lazov, Dimir Mastermind , Profane Memento, Duskmantle Guildmage. because it will be exiled BEFORE hitting the graveyard. The benefit of exiling with Ashiok and similar abilities is that they will not get them back, and you get to play their cards.

There doesn't seem to be enough instants or sorceries to support Thing in the Ice  . If you take it out, there is no real need to focus so heavily on Horror type creatures.

Combos:

1. Liliana's Caress + Underworld Dreams + Dark Deal.

2. Duskmantle Guildmage + Mindcrank.

3. Leyline of the Void + Helm of Obedience

4. Liliana Vess + Jace Beleren.

Jace +2 everyone draws a card --> Liliana +1 someone discards a card they just drew.

Liliana -2 search for a card and put it on top of your library. --> Jace -1 draw that card.

Jace -10 Make someone Mill 20 cards --> Liliana -8 now that the graveyard is bigger, grab all their dead creatures.
