I wish... Wheel of Fate's issue I'd that without splashing another color for a Cascade spell it takes forever to go off and your opponent can plan for it. I love Wheel effects... I wish Magus of the Wheel was modern legal.

Unfortunately not the ruling is that any triggers that resulted from the draw are removed from the stack so no mill from tutelage off the draw... :(

Jace's Archivist would be a good pick up. it has a wheel which could go on forever and somewhat of a body.It is mostly a better Magus of the Wheel so if you would include that then giving this a shot would be fine.

I like the idea. I'm just a little leary of the "dies to bolt" issue. What would you suggest I replace for them?

If you would be tempted to splash black as well then you could also go with the regular damage route. With black you have cards like;

• Underworld Dreams
• Dark Deal
• Sign in Blood

In other words combined with Underworld Dreams you can damage your opponent with letting him draw (if your'e worried about mana problems when you include black a few swamps and a copy or 2 of Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth should take care of it). Also these cards let u utilize cards like;

• Cerebral Vortex
• Vision Skeins

With your opponent drawing so much you might put in a copy or 2 of cards like;

• Liliana's Caress
• Waste Not

If you do, cards like;

• Lore Broker
• Wistful Thinking
• Burning Inquiry

might become useful.

Anyway i realize at the end of this this would change your deck completely bit it is just an idea. I hope some of thes cards might be useful to you. Have Fun!

i think you need some mana accelerants and card draw to make this deck work effectively. Something similar to a storm deck (serum visions, manamorphose, pyretic ritual, desperate ritual, faithless looting, etc.) Also, i would recommend hard counter spells instead of generic mana pay ones (like dispel or swan song). But that is just what im thinking.
