The devotion aspect of this deck feels really, really fragile. Consider the following:
Your only sources of devotion are permanents with one green mana symbol, except for Courser and Nissa, and you don't benefit from having more than one of those on the field at once. This forces you to either fiercely protect your creatures (half of which can't block) and/or pray for a perfect series of draws so that you ramp into a 10-pop Villainous Wealth .
What you want are high-value creatures and/or enchantments that are going to give you a good amount of devotion and are able to protect you while you rev up that ramp engine. I would suggest the following:
Wall of Blossoms or Wall of Bone : Since you're going to be sitting back and ramping for a few turns, you might as well not get hit while doing it. Plus you can either draw a card or regenerate on the cheap. Same goes for Rakshasa Deathdealer , which can block AND attack very nicely. I'd lean towards the Deathdealer, it's just such a cool card.
Polukranos, World Eater and/or Hornet Queen : These guys are game enders that also give you good devotion for their costs, and they can be ramped into or fetched with Chord of Calling pretty nicely.
Prophet of Kruphix : A good body and a fantastic effect. I use her in almost every G/U/X deck I ever make.
Voyaging Satyr and Satyr Wayfinder both interact with Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx in big ways. I know Kiora's Follower can untap it too, but the Wayfinder will help you dig for it in a pinch.
You're also running a BUNCH of lands. I'd cut it down to 24 personally, and you might be able to get away with less, depending on how well you can ramp and protect your dorks. You don't have many slow lands, so that's good.
You may also want to consider Pharika, God of Affliction and Kruphix, God of Horizons . The former is a cheap, indestructible devotion source that gives you ways to defend while you ramp, and the latter is just a ramper's best friend. Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver fits in nicely with your hand/deck destruction subtheme.
The basic shell of the deck looks good, but it just lacks something to keep you in the game in between your first land drop and that big Villainous Wealth. Good luck!

It's approx. $160, I'm sure it can be made much much cheaper than that though.
