My Arena Brawl Heliod Wheel deck. Very consistent, has a few considerations. I can't decide if Urza, Lord Protector   and The Mightstone and Weakstone   are too win-more, but having non-destruction removal that I can cast for free after a wheel is really nice. (Why does it says Cyc rift/ Mana Drain are banned? Certainly not, currently, on the app)

Arena needs more UW wheel effects T-T
