Semi-competitive Nekusar EDH deck. The main game plan is to quickly set up damaging effects (Megrim, Liliana's Caress, Spiteful Visions, Nekusar) via mana rocks and early wheels (if necessary to hit land drops/mana rocks) and then chaining wheel effects together to hopefully end the game quickly.

I don't run effects like Howling Mine and Font of Mythos because they are just card advantage for everyone without a damaging effect out, and even when a damaging effect is out it only results in a small bleed. I prefer to take the opponents out in quick fashion (1 to 2 turns max).

I ran Phyrexian Tyranny as a damage source for a while but I found with a lot of wheel effects going on that I was killing myself as well, so I replaced it with Breathstealer's Crypt (which is a bit more meta-dependent, but my meta has a bit more decks that run off of creatures).

No infinite combos, although you could potentially chain wheels forever with Dream Halls, I'm not sure if it's possible. Also if you wanted to throw in Mindcrank, it could go infinite with Bloodchief Ascension (you need to deal damage or get a card in an opponent's graveyard to start the loop) although it would be targeted and not everyone at once.

Alternate commanders that still run the deck fairly well are Kess and Jeleva. I personally like the extra draw and the damage from Nekusar, but they all run the deck fairly well, especially when you can use a wheel card twice with Kess.
