This deck is a mono-blue deck that is founded around the ability of Whelming Wave.

It has many Krakens and Leviathans for creatures along with some early game creatures to get up to them. Ideally I would be able to play Hedron Crab for early game and mess with the opponents game a bit. and by turn 4 be able to play quicksilver amulet and by my next turn be able to play my big creatures by 5 and let the fun begin of whelming them or Cyclonic Rift take away opponents creatures.

If it doesn't work out perfectly that way I would turn the opponents creatures with Polymorphist's Jest and Curse of the Swine to be able to delay game till i can get my big leviathans out and win.

I would like to know what I could do better to make this deck as best as it can. Any help is great, Thanks.
