It's better in every case! Thanks for sharing that card with me!

I think Augury Owl might be better than Sage Owl just because you can throw those useless cards on the bottom.
I like this deck and can't help but think of the possibility of destroying Sunder ing then using Mind Rot or even better Wit's End to permanently destroy their lands. Of course, wit's end is too heavy on mana but other discard effects seem awesome.
What do you think about Dimir Signet for early mana acceleration? It also has the advantage of coming in untapped.

I do like the scry that Augury Owl provides; it's that I only had Sage Owl in my extras, but it looks like it's being replaced! And Dimir Signet is also really good! I'm trying to find as much non-land mana producers for this deck, because it needs it to work at its most effective. Thanks for the suggestions! :)

Cyclonic Rift would be pretty glorious! I don't know why I haven't added it sooner.. Lol
Taking out the Inundate for it. Thanks for the comment!

what is your main win con? i do the idea though +1 from me!

Now that you say that, I guess the win-con isn't a strong one in this deck. I don't play this deck 1v1 at all, so usually I just try to wait for late game when I can completely lock down everyone's field by basically punishing all opponents for everything they do, especially playing lands. Once I drop down a Venser's Journal or a Polluted Bonds , I can usually survive if I don't get focused down.
Meh.. It may seem a rework is in order though. :(

I used to run a deck like this, however I based it on Hedron Crab because of all the land that I could end up dropping. I also ran Walking Atlas because it held really nice synergy with everything.
Some of the combos that were in that deck that may help you here are: Storm Cauldron and Drain Power . Even if they tap all those lands in response to Drain Power , they still are forced to return them to their hands.
Now here is the infinite landfall combo. With Walking Atlas , Storm Cauldron and Freed from the Real , I was able to keep playing lands forever. Whenever I activated Freed from the Real 's untap ability to untap Walking Atlas , Storm Cauldron would require me to return that land to my hand. I could then replay it with Walking Atlas . Untap Walking Atlas , land gets returned, play it again. Thus the infinite combo deigns to be ... infinite.
Ever heard of Mana Breach ? A very similar thing to Overburden but works with every deck. I was also going to suggest AEtherize , Turbulent Dreams , and Evacuation for the mass permanent return.

That landfall combo is pretty awesome, however, I don't think it works for my deck. My deck is for when my opponents play lands and such. This is why I'm considering Mana Breach , because that is definitely fitting. Also, AEtherize is a good card in general; it would greatly help for the defense for this deck.
Thanks for all your suggestions!

For your win-con, maybe some creatures with landfall?
Here are some that will work in this deck: Bloodghast , Scrib Nibblers , Hedron Crab , Windrider Eel , Roil Elemental and Ob Nixilis, the Fallen .

I enjoy the sheer premise of how this controls. It's far removed from what most people expect and prepare for. +1 on that front. I may be making a variant of this deck in the near future.
My suggestions to reduce the deck's girth: -1 Monomania -1 Sunder +2 Mana Breach -2 Slow Motion -1 Ponder -2 Halimar Depths

Thanks for the praise, man! I can't wait to see your version of the deck!
However, I'm thinking I will have to split this deck up into a Sunder/Polluted Bonds deck and a different Warped Devotion deck. I'm starting to scheme up new things after seeing some cards from Theros.
But I'd like to thank everyone for the help and support for this deck, and hopefully you'll like the new decks that will come out of it!

I used to run a version of this deck in my playgroup at home, this one seems slightly more solid than the one I was running. Im a littler confused by the one of Boomerang as opposed to 3 or 4, but other than that this is a very solid build

Hey, GodofPie, thanks for the +1. I have a lot less Boomerang s in the deck than the original set up because the deck was way too fat. Even as it is now, it's sitting at 75 cards. However, after looking at it, I should probably just take out the Withdraw s and replace them with Boomerang; Slow Motion and Echoing Truth should hopefully be enough creature control, that I can re-add in the versatility that Boomerang offers. I appreciate the comment!

Monomania needs to be cut.... I just don't see any situation where you would use it to its full extent in this deck... maybe keep one... if you want. But I believe that Warped Devotion is more powerful in your deck and you should have 4.Also you should have 4Overburden
So I would cut:
Sunder
-2
Monomania
-3
Mistvein Borderpost
-2
Venser's Journal
-2 (only good if u pull off monomania, which won't be often)
maybe also cut Oona's Gatewarden or Tidehollow Strix and add in some Spell Snare 's Gitaxian Probe 's to slow them down after u bounce them a few turns and to figure out what to save your bounce spells for... This will build time to get your big cards out. You don't need that much mana ramp. Think about slowing them down rather than speeding you up, that's what a bounce deck should be.
That being said, think about your mana ramp. I would rather see more bouncing than so much ramp. Maybe remove two or three of each myr and increase your bouncing. Slowing opponent makes them unhappy.
I like the idea, obviously needs a bit of work but it still looks cool.

Echoing Truth over Disperse , because it can get rid of a huge token army.
